We packed up the boat for a trip up to the Wolf River at Fremont Wis. to do some walleye fishing and try also for the whitebass on the wolf river. The choice of baits for fishing on the Wolf river were 1/4 once jigs tipped with minnows and night crawlers for the day. Jig colors for the day were yellow and pink and green combo colors seemed to be the best for the walleye and whitebass for the trip. On the first drift we caught a walleye about 19 inches and some shorter ones as well. Off to a great start for the guide trip for sure. We also ran some lindy rigs as well for the day. We had a great day walleye fishing and had our share of the whitebass. Here are some fishing pictures of the day.
