We set out for Fox lake about 10 am today in search of catching some crappies. We drove out on the ice with the truck and drilled 2 sets of holes and we did not have to at all to find fish. The ice fishing jigs we used on Fox Lake were small spoons and Bros bug eye jigs tipped with plastics and wax worms for the bait of choice. We both got a nice meal for supper and got bite off by the toothy northern pike twice.
